Terms of Service

Last updated: September 8, 2026

These Terms of Service govern the use of the Corento website and the purchase of digital services offered through it. By accessing the website, placing an order, or submitting project information, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Corento

Corento provides customized digital services, including data analysis, data cleaning, dashboard creation, logo design, social media design, and flyer design.

Customers purchase and receive services directly through Corento, which is responsible for order management, project communication, and delivery of the purchased service.

No physical products are sold or shipped.

2. Customer Eligibility

Customers must be at least 18 years old or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian to place an order.

Customers placing an order on behalf of a business confirm that they are authorized to accept these Terms on behalf of that business.

3. Service Descriptions

We aim to describe every service, package, optional add-on, price, delivery period, and included revision accurately.

The customer is responsible for reviewing the selected package and options before completing payment.

Services or features that are not expressly included in the package description are considered outside the original project scope and may require an additional payment.

4. Orders and Project Requirements

An order is considered ready for processing only after:

- Payment has been successfully completed;
- The project form has been fully submitted; and
- All required files, information, instructions, and preferences have been received.

Corento may contact the customer for clarification before starting or continuing a project.

The project delivery timer may be paused while Corento is waiting for files, information, clarification, approval, or feedback from the customer.

5. Customer Responsibilities

The customer agrees to:

- Provide complete and accurate project information;
- Upload accessible and usable files;
- Respond to clarification or approval requests within a reasonable time;
- Review submitted information before confirming the order; and
- Ensure they have permission to use all files, data, logos, images, text, and other materials submitted to Corento.

The customer must not submit illegal, harmful, misleading, confidential, or copyright-infringing material without proper authorization.

Corento is not responsible for errors, delays, or reduced service quality caused by incorrect, incomplete, inaccessible, corrupted, or low-quality customer materials.

6. Prices and Payments

All prices are displayed in United States dollars unless otherwise stated.

The total price, including selected optional services, is shown before checkout. Currency conversion charges or international transaction fees may be applied separately by the customer’s bank or payment provider.

Corento may withhold delivery of a project until the required payment has been successfully received.

7. Revisions and Changes

Each service includes only the number and type of revisions stated in its package description.

A revision is a reasonable adjustment to the original work based on the customer’s initial instructions. A revision does not include:

- A new project or design;
- A change to the original project purpose;
- A substantially different style or direction;
- New data, files, content, or requirements;
- Work that was not included in the purchased package.

Additional work or revisions may require a separate payment and may extend the delivery date.

8. Delivery

Completed projects are delivered electronically using the email address, download link, account, or other delivery method communicated to the customer.

Delivery periods begin only after payment and all required project materials have been received.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding official public holidays in the United Arab Emirates.

Estimated or confirmed delivery dates may be adjusted if the customer changes the project scope, requests additional work, submits files late, or delays feedback or approval.

9. Delay Compensation

When a completed project is delivered late for reasons within Corento’s control, the customer may receive a future-order discount coupon as described in the Refund and Cancellation Policy:

- One business day late: 5%
- Two business days late: 10%
- Three or more business days late: 15%

Delay compensation does not apply to delays caused by the customer, payment verification, additional requests, third-party interruptions, or events outside Corento’s reasonable control.

10. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations, refunds, service corrections, and delay coupons are governed by Corento’s Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Customers should review that policy before placing an order.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer right available under applicable law.

11. Ownership of Customer Materials

The customer retains ownership of the files, data, text, images, logos, and other materials they provide.

By submitting these materials, the customer grants Corento permission to access, copy, process, and modify them only as reasonably necessary to provide the purchased service.

12. Ownership of Completed Work

After full payment, the customer receives the usage rights to the final approved deliverables included in the purchased package.

Editable source files, raw files, working files, drafts, templates, methods, software, fonts, stock assets, and third-party materials are not included unless expressly stated in the package or purchased as an add-on.

Third-party materials remain subject to their original licence terms.

Rejected concepts, unused drafts, internal working materials, methods, and tools remain the property of their respective owners.

13. Data and Analysis Services

Results from data cleaning, analysis, reporting, or dashboard services depend on the accuracy and completeness of the information supplied by the customer.

Corento does not guarantee a specific commercial, financial, operational, or business outcome.

Our services do not constitute legal, financial, medical, tax, or investment advice.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the completed work before using it to make important decisions.

14. Confidentiality and Privacy

Customer information and project materials will be handled in accordance with Corento’s Privacy Policy.

Corento will use reasonable measures to protect customer files and will not intentionally disclose confidential project information except when required to complete the service, operate the website, process payments, comply with the law, or protect legal rights.

Customers should avoid uploading unnecessary sensitive personal, financial, medical, or legally protected information.

15. Refusal or Suspension of Service

Corento may refuse, pause, or cancel an order involving:

- Illegal or harmful activities;
- Fraud or attempted payment abuse;
- Copyright or intellectual-property infringement;
- Misleading, discriminatory, or abusive content;
- Threats or abusive communication;
- Requests outside the purchased service scope;
- Files that present a security risk.

If Corento cancels an order before work begins, the customer will receive a full refund. If work has already begun, any refund will be determined according to the completed work, the reason for cancellation, applicable policies, and applicable law.

16. Website Availability

We aim to keep the website and ordering system available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, security issues, hosting services, payment providers, Shopify services, internet failures, or events outside our reasonable control.

17. Limitation of Responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Corento is not responsible for indirect losses, lost profits, lost opportunities, or losses caused by customer-supplied information, third-party platforms, or uses of the delivered work that were not reasonably intended.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

18. Changes to These Terms

Corento may update these Terms when services, website features, legal requirements, or business practices change.

The version applicable to an order is the version published when the customer placed that order, unless a change is required by law.

19. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts or authorities of the United Arab Emirates, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to the customer.

20. Contact

Questions, complaints, cancellation requests, or service concerns may be submitted through the Contact page.

Please include the order number and the email address used during checkout to help us locate the order.
